Mukesh Shah brings over three decades of experience leading complex engineering and infrastructure programs across utilities and enterprise environments. His work has consistently focused on aligning technical execution with business and operational outcomes, particularly in the context of evolving utility systems and grid modernization.
He has led initiatives spanning AMI, smart infrastructure, and systems integration, guiding clients through planning, implementation, and long-term operational alignment. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mukesh sets the strategic direction of the firm while remaining closely involved in delivery, ensuring Zicali’s work reflects both technical depth and practical execution.

Chief Operating Officer
